Two (2) days of paid leave are granted to superintendents during a school year, at a consensual time for the principal and the principal superintendent or designated. If there is no agreement on whether the dates for the principal and the super-principal or candidate are consensual, the district will pay the unused paid vacation days until the end of June of each year for an amount of two hundredths (1/200) of the principal`s annual salary and allowance. 2.3.2 A communication under paragraph 2.3.1 shall be considered as a communication on the initiation of collective bargaining in accordance with Article 59(1) of the Labour Relations Act. 8.4.1 Extracurricular activities will be the collective responsibility of school staff. Individual teachers choose from these activities based on their knowledge, skills and interests. This Agreement shall expire on 30 June 2018 or by mutual agreement between the Parties. 2.2.2 In the absence of an agreement, the case will be decided by arbitration proceedings at the end of pecba. (b) TEBA and the Association may agree, by mutual agreement, to act with an arbitration body composed of a single arbitrator and not an arbitration body of three members. In this case, TEBA and the association appoint within fifteen (15) days of operation after the agreement to sue with a single arbitrator, a person who serves as an individual arbitrator. If the person is unable to agree on the person to act as sole arbitrator, either party may request in writing that the Director of Mediation Services not be appointed as necessary.

4. This Agreement shall enter into force on 1 September 2016 and expire on 31 August 2018 and shall not be extended beyond that date, although the collective agreement shall be satisfied by law. This Agreement does not apply to a general salary increase or lump sum payment for a transaction agreement that will come into effect after August 31, 2018. If your bargaining unit has not completed negotiations with your school jurisdiction, employers cannot arbitrarily change pay or working conditions. Expiring collective agreements will continue to be fulfilled until a new agreement is ratified. 1.1 „Transaction Agreement“ means the provincial collective agreements listed below for the period beginning April 1, 2017: • Government of Alberta and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, with respect to Premises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 12 • Alberta Health Services and United Nurses of Alberta • Alberta Health Services and Health Sciences Association of Alberta • Alberta Health Services and Alberta Union of Provincial Employees – Auxiliary Nursing • Alberta Health Services t Alberta Union of Provincial Employees – General Support Services 1.2 „first year“ means, with respect to a Transaction Agreement for the period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. . . .
