Electronic Communications Agreement
In order for you to access, receive and retain a copy of this electronic communication agreement and any other PEX service agreement we offer you electronically and account communications electronically, you must have provided us with a valid and functional email address and have access to the following information: to obtain availability for receiving email account messages. If these requirements change significantly, you will be notified of these changes. If you request paper copies, you understand and accept that PayPal allows you to calculate a registration request for each message. If you apply for a paper form 1099-K, the request is not calculated; for all other communications, the registration requirement fees are set in Section 8 of the user agreement.
